The Classic Car Show is a new initiative added to the motor show this year.
DOHA: As part of an exciting line-up of events at the 2013 Qatar Motor Show, a host of classic cars rarely seen in public is on display for visitors. The Classic Car Show is a new initiative added to the motor show this year.
The show is in an area entirely dedicated to vintage cars where all estimators could see unforgettable models that mark automobile history. Impeccably-rebuilt class cars from the 40s, 50s, 60s, and early 70s is on display both outside and inside the Doha Exhibition Center, including the world-renowned classics from Mercedes Benz, Rolls Royce, Chevrolet, and Dodge.
This side event is organised thanks to the partnership between the co-hosts of the third edition, Qatar Tourism Authority, q.media Events, and GL Events, with Seashore Group — one of the largest holding companies in Qatar.
In addition, thanks to the partnership with Seashore Group, the WRC Ford for the Qatari Rally Champion Abdulaziz Al Kuwari is on display. Only joining the World Racing Championship for the first time in 2012, the young Al Kuwari will also participate in this year’s Qatar Rally 2013.
Qatar Motor Show will display cars at 360° from vintage cars to concept cars, from hypercars to brand new launches and motorsport.
The show, the region’s biggest automotive event, will displaybrands from across the globe, including family sedans, SUVs, luxury vehicles, motorcycles, and sports cars. The Classic Car Show is only part of a host of events planned throughout the Qatar Motor Show.
Qatar Motor Show will is open to the public, until February 2nd.
