Officials at the foundation stone laying ceremony
United Development Company (UDC), master developer of The Pearl-Qatar, yesterday laid the foundation stone for the construction of the company’s latest residential development “Al Mutahidah Towers”, located in the Viva Bahriya district at The Pearl.
The groundbreaking was attended by senior UDC officials and Leighton Contracting representatives, which will be carrying construction works of the project’s building.
UDC had recently completed 150 days of piling works for the project, which included the execution of approximately 917 piles into the construction territory as well as the excavation and backfilling works.
The project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2019.
Al Mutahidah Towers consist of high-end connected towers offering accommodation units of various dimensions including studios, luxury apartments as well as high-level penthouses and retail stores designed to meet the needs of residents.
The towers also boast panoramic seaviews and direct access to the beach, in addition to upscale services and recreational amenities.
