Doha: Israeli occupation forces launched on Tuesday a massive arrest campaign against 24 Palestinians in various areas of the West Bank.
The occupation forces arrested eight Palestinians from Tekoa town, east of Bethlehem and handed over notifications to four others to interview the Israeli Intelligence, the Palestinian news agency (WAFA) reported.
The occupation forces also arrested 14 Palestinians from Al-Amari camp in Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate, while two Palestinians were arrested from Qalqilya and Sa'ir, northeast of Hebron.
In this context, the occupation forces set up their military checkpoints at the northern and southern entrances to the city of Hebron, and at the entrances to the towns of Sa'ir and Halhul, stopped and searched the citizens' vehicles and checked their ID cards.
The Israeli occupation launches a campaign of arrests and raids almost daily in various villages, towns, and governorates of the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem.
