HH the Emir issues decree adopting Qatar general budget

DOHA: HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani issued Monday the Emiri Decree No. (9) of the year 2013, endorsing the State's general budget for the fiscal year 2013-2014.
The decree is applicable as of the 1st of April, 2013. (QNA)
