President of Qatar University (QU), Sheikha Abdulla Al Misnad, with experts in foreign policy and security at the end of a two-day international workshop on relations between the GCC and European Union. The event, that concluded yesterday, was jointly organised by Qatar University, the Gulf Research Center and Institute for European Studies at Vrije Universiteit Brussels.
