BARCELONA, Spain: Athletic Bilbao got goals from Aritz Aduriz and Raul Garcia to fight back for a 2-1 win over Celta Vigo, leapfrogging the visitors into fifth place in the Spanish league on Sunday.

Fabian Orellana struck first for Celta in the 13th minute, but two rash fouls by Celta defender Gustavo Cabral in a span of four minutes swung the contest in Bilbao's favor.

Aduriz equalized in the 38th from the penalty spot following Cabral's pull to bring him down in the area. The ill-tempered Cabral was sent off for a second brush with Aduriz shortly after.

Garcia put Bilbao ahead in the 72nd after he kicked the ball while on his back following a collision in the area.

Bilbao moved one point above Celta and to within three points of fourth-place Villarreal, which visits Valencia later.
