The Emir H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani and H H Sheikha Moza bint Nasser graced the graduation ceremony of H E Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani on the occasion of his receiving a Master’s in Public Administration from John F Kennedy College at Harvard University in the US. The ceremony was attended by H H Sheikh Jassem bin Hamad Al Thani, the Personal Representative of the Emir, and sons of the Emir.
