Doha: Air bubble agreement between Qatar and India has been extended for July 2021, Indian Embassy in Qatar said.
“The Air Bubble Arrangement between India and Qatar extended for July 2021. The flights have resumed under this arrangement. Thank Civil aviation authorities and airlines on both sides for their continued cooperation in providing the requisite air connectivity,” Indian Embassy tweeted.
As the agreement had expired on June 30, many flights from India to Qatar had been cancelled early in the morning causing confusion among passengers booked on these flights.
Indian Embassy had assured in the morning it will be reinstated and later sent out a tweet saying the deal is extended.
India had stopped International Flights after the spread of Covid-19 and operates flights to different countries on Air Bubble agreement.
