Doha, Qatar: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani sent on Monday a cable of congratulations to President of the Republic of Uzbekistan HE Dr. Shavkat Mirziyoyev on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
