Kuwait: The State of Qatar participated on Monday in the 165th Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Ministerial Council, held in the State of Kuwait.

The Qatari delegation was led by Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, HE Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi.
