Kuwait: The State of Qatar participated on Monday in the second Joint Ministerial Meeting of the Strategic Dialogue between the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries and Japan, held in the State of Kuwait.

Minister of State for Foreign Affairs HE Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi chaired the State of Qatar's delegation at the meeting.
