Division E Governor Manzoor Moideen recently launched Excel Toastmasters, the 35th club added to the Toastmasters fraternity in Qatar (Division E). Nasimudheen A Hameed is the president and N V Raghavan is the Asst Division Governor (Marketing). The club is planning to conduct a fast track communication programme, ‘Speechcraft’ and a Youth Leadership Programme for the benefit of children.
