Doha: The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued yesterday Emiri decisions appointing ambassadors to four nations.
Abdullah Nasser Abdullah Al Hemaidi (Tunisia), Hamad Ali Jabir Al Henzab (Kuwait), Khamis Butti Rashid Al Sahouti (Dominican Republic) and Faris Roumi Mohamed Shaheen Al Nuaimi (the UAE) are the new envoys. The decisions will be published in the official gazette.
Envoy to Macedonia presents credentials
Skopje: The President of Macedonia Georgy Ivanov has received the credentials of Hassan bin Abdullah Al Mahmoud as Ambassador to the republic. During the meeting, the Qatari envoy conveyed the greetings of the Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani to the president.
Qatar to participate in GCC meeting
Doha: Qatar will take part in the 19th meeting of the GCC Ministers of Culture to be held in Manama tomorrow. The Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage H E Dr Hamad bin Abdulaziz Al Kuwari will head Qatar’s delegation.
