Doha: The Emir H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani and the Deputy Emir and Heir Apparent H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani have sent cables of condolences and sympathy to US president Barack Obama on victims of Hurricane Sandy which hit the Northeastern areas of the United States. The Prime Minister and Foreign Minister H E Sheikh Hamad bin Jassem bin Jabor Al Thani has also sent a similar cable to US president. QNA
