Doha: The Chief of Staff of Qatar Armed Forces H E Lt General Ghanim bin Shaheen Al Ghanim met here with Commander of the French Naval Forces Stationed in the Indian Ocean Admiral Antoine Bosan, who is currently visiting Qatar. They discussed a number of issues of joint interest, particularly in the military field.
The Chief of Staff also met here yesterday with the Saudi Military Attache to Qatar Brigadier Gen Saleh Maeith Al Qahtani on the occasion of the expiry of his term of duty. Shaheen Al Ghanim wished Brigadier Gen Al Qahtani every success in his furture assignments.
Doha: The Minister Of Awqaf (Religious Endowments) And Islamic Affairs H E Dr Gheith bin Mubarak Al Kuwari met separately here yesterday with Ecuadorian and Macedonian ambassadors accredited to Qatar.
Ecuador envoy Kabalan B Abisaab and Macedonian ambassador Fuad Hasanovic discussed joint cooperation between Qatar and their respective countries and reviewed issues of mutual concern. QNA
