Rajagiri Public School observed National Unity Day yesterday, as per the guidelines from Hemant Kumar, the first Secretary, Information and Education, Embassy of India.
Various activities were organised during the day to highlight the message of National Unification and the efforts of Sardar Vallabhai Patel to achieve it.
Presentation on the life and works of the Iron man of India, Quiz, speeches, dance, tableaue and the video helped us achieve the objective.
The ideas of national integration, Unity in diversity, Federal structure etc. were subjects of discussion on the occasion.
Students also learned more about history of India’s freedom struggle, Indian culture, Union and State Goverments of India etc. with a sense of pride and patriotism.
