Doha: Aspire Zone Foundation (AZF) in collaboration with Qatar Cancer Society (QCS), successfully organised the ‘Pink Walk’ yesterday, at Aspire Park. The event started at 3.30pm and finished at 5.30pm with 300 participants.
The round was a 1km walk around Aspire Park. During the walk, participants were accompanied by a number of organisers and coaches from Aspire to ensure that precautionary measures are followed and that the distance of social spacing between individuals is adhered to.
In the event Qatar Cancer Society distributed awareness booklets and gifts to all participants, also organised small booth to provided awareness and to answer visitors’ questions.
This year’s edition is sponsored by the official partners, Vodafone, Suhail Group Holding, Lulu hypermarket, and the event sponsors, McDonalds, Regency Group Holding, and in cooperation with Qatar Cancer Society and the permanent partner Sports Corner.
