Doha, Qatar: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani left Doha Friday morning, heading to the sisterly United Arab Emirates to participate in the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP28), which will convene later today in the city of Dubai.
HH the Amir is accompanied by Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, and an official delegation.
