Doha, Qatar: The stage is set for FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2025 with the opening match scheduled to kick off in a few hours.
Over 700,000 tickets have been sold for the regional football showpiece that will see 16 teams compete for the prestigious title.
The opening ceremony will begin at 5:30pm at Al Bayt Stadium, ahead of hosts Qatar taking on Palestine at 7:30pm, with gates opening from 2:30pm to manage the expected large crowd.
Matches will also be played at Ahmad Bin Ali Stadium, Education City Stadium, Khalifa International Stadium and Stadium 974, with the final scheduled for December 18 at Lusail Stadium.
Match-day ticket holders will be able to access fan zones at all six venues, featuring cultural performances, food outlets, games and interactive activities.
