The racing car simulator at the Qatar ExxonMobil Open 2017 Public Village.
The racing car simulator returns to the Public Village this year to delight fans and tennis stars alike at the Qatar ExxonMobil Open 2017.
The car has been a main attraction of the stand for the past several years, providing an interactive and realistic racing experience.
Based on a full-sized specification racing car, the state-of-the-art, aerodynamically engineered simulator offers unrivalled authenticity, down to its suspension, front and rear wings, and tires. It includes an authentic, padded cockpit headrest, four-point racing harness, gear lever paddles, and a quick release carbon fibre steering wheel, allowing drivers to experience the unique movement of the car under realistic acceleration, braking and cornering conditions.
A built-in 5.1 surround sound system also provides users with a full-sensory experience.
This year, the likes of Jeremy Chardy, Horia Tecau, Lukas Lacko, Jan Hernych, and Sergiy Stakhovsky have all visited the ExxonMobil Qatar stand to try out the simulator.
The fierce competition on the court has extended to the stand as players continue to battle for the fastest lap time.
ExxonMobil Qatar has been the title sponsor of the Qatar ExxonMobil Open for 23 years, and a partner of the Qatar Tennis Federation for 25 years.
As the title sponsor of the esteemed tournament, ExxonMobil Qatar organizes a number of exciting, hands-on activities for people of all ages to enjoy at its stand in the Public Village.
These activities include the racing car simulator, the “ExxonMobil Minute” competition, and opportunities to meet the tennis stars and receive a signed tennis ball.
