Doha, Qatar: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent a cable of condolences to HM Emperor Naruhito of Japan, and HE Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, for the victims of the earthquake that struck central Japan, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured.
