The world’s best riders are in town for the first round of the 2013 Motocross World Championship. Qatar is the first country in the Middle East to host the event. The race was conducted at night under lights at the newly-built Losail MX Track situated inside the Losail International Circuit. The Qatar Motor and Motorcycle Federation was the host of the event. A few years ago, QMMF hosted the first ever MotoGP race under lights at Losail International Circuit.
