DOHA: The Advisory Council held Monday its weekly regular meeting of the 43rd Ordinary Session under the chairmanship of its Speaker HE Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khulaifi.
At the outset of the meeting, HE the Secretary-General of the Advisory Council Fahad bin Mubarak Al Khayareen read out the agenda which was agreed upon. Then the Council endorsed the minutes of its previous session.
The Council discussed a draft law amending provisions of law No. (8) for 1996 and decided to submit its recommendations thereon to the Council of Ministers.
The Council also discussed the report of the Finance and Economic Affairs Committee on a draft law of the shops, industrial, and similar public
street vendors and decided to submit a report thereon to the Council of Ministers.
