Doha: Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index dropped 30.95 points (-0.29%) when the bourse closed trading at 10,721.15 points Thursday.
The volume of shares traded increased to 14,057,005 from 9,233,198 on Wednesday and the value of shares also added QR449,390,095.56 from QR345,837,460.04 on Wednesday.
From the 44 companies listed on QSE, shares of 38 saw trading today. From these 21 gained and 16 companies closed lower, remained one company unchanged today.
Indices of three sectors ended in green and four sector ended in red today. QSE Total Return Index dropped -0.29 to 17,550.29 points. QSE Al Rayan Islamic Index down -0.16% to 4,123.44 points and QSE All Share Index decreased -0.44% to 2,977.16 points.
