Doha: Aspire Talent Identification Conference entitled ‘Identifying Champions’, organised by Aspire Zone Foundation, opened yesterday.
The two-day conference assembles sport scientists, researchers and practitioners to discuss latest research, models and practices in identifying sport talents, at Aspire Auditorium, organisers said.
It is focusing on research on the scientific basis of talent identification, develop collaborative research links to improve talent identification practices and processes. The first day’s three-hour session from 9.30am featured speakers from Qatar, the UK, Australia and Singapore. They highlighted international talent identification models. QNA
