The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani laid the foundation stone of the Laffan Refinery expansion project (LR2) of Qatargas in a ceremony at Qatar National Convention Center yesterday. The project will cement Qatar’s position as the largest condensate producer in the world.
