Doha: The Minister of Transport H E Jassim Seif Ahmed Al Sulaiti and Costa Rica’s Foreign Minister Enrique Castillo yesterday signed an air transport agreement.
The ‘open-skies’ deal entitles Qatar Airways to operate flights between Doha and Costa Rica via any intermediate point, and with full traffic rights for passengers and freight. The signing ceremony was attended by Costa Rican Ambassador Luis Alberto Guillin Downing. QNA
