Yousuf Isa Mohammad Al Jabir, Director of GCC Affairs Department
He holds a BA in Business Administration from Cairo University and Diploma in International Relations from Oxford University. He started as Third Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In 1992, appointed as Director of GCC Administration and member in the GCC negotiating team. Participates in the meetings of the Supreme Council of the GCC as well as the meetings preparing for the event at the ministerial and committee levels.
