Lille, France: Morocco midfielder Sofiane Boufal is set to undergo surgery and will miss Lille's final two games of the season after injuring his knee in Saturday's 1-0 victory at Lorient.
The 22-year-old was hurt during the first half at the Stade du Moustoir, with Lille confirming Boufal had damaged his meniscus.
Lille, who lost last month's League Cup final to Paris Saint-Germain, are sixth in Ligue 1 after winning seven of their last eight matches.
However, they will be without leading scorer Boufal, who has netted 11 times this season, for games against Guingamp and Saint-Etienne as they try and clinch a Europa League berth.
