DOHA: Qatar Museums (QM) and Vodafone are opening Qatar’s first world-class call centre dedicated to culture.
This is part of their partnership for the new Culture Pass membership programme which offers individuals the chance to experience exclusive benefits linked to a diverse programme of cultural activities across the state.
Open to everybody, Culture Pass membership is free to join and will offer superior customer services to meet expectations of local members and international visitors.
The centre’s services are freely available to all Culture Pass members, helping them discover more about Qatar’s cultural landscape, plan visits to exhibitions and educational activities, or learn more about the membership programme and benefits.
Phil Lawrie, QM Chief Commercial Officer, said, “We are thrilled to announce this partnership with Vodafone who will provide key support and expertise to the Culture Pass membership programme.
“Culture Pass will engage Qatari residents and visitors and give everybody the opportunity to support, enjoy and benefit from Qatar’s high quality cultural offerings.”

As part of the programme, Culture Pass members will be invited to attend special workshops that develop creative skills and explore exhibition themes.
They will receive a newsletter that will keep them up-to-date with latest on QM’s arts and culture scene.
Members will also be invited to exclusive, VIP exhibition openings and private tours of QM museums and galleries, and will receive 15 percent off at QM food and beverage outlets, discounts at QM gift shops and a 10 percent discount on venue hire at premium spaces across Qatar.
