Doha, Qatar: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs, HE Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman bin Hassan Al-Thani, met with HE Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin, Minister of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia, during His Excellency's visit to the Republic of Indonesia.
On this occasion, an official reception ceremony was held for His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs upon his arrival at the Indonesian Ministry of Defense headquarters.
During the meeting, the latest security developments and updates in the region were reviewed, and aspects of military cooperation and joint coordination were discussed in light of the current circumstances.
The meeting also witnessed the signing of a contract between Barzan Holding Group and the Indonesian Ministry of Defense, as well as the signing of an agreement to establish a partnership between Barzan Holding Group and Replek Corp.
The meeting was attended by HE Dr. Sultan Mubarak Al-Dosari, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Indonesia, along with a number of senior officers and officials from both sides.
