Qatar Investment Authority Chief Executive Officer H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Saud Al Thani with President and CEO of the US Chamber of Commerce Thomas J Donohue, in Washington yesterday.
Washington: Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) Chief Executive Officer H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Saud Al Thani met with President and CEO of the US Chamber of Commerce, Thomas J Donohue, as well as representatives of major US companies operating in Qatar.
The meeting discussed the Qatar Investment Authority's plan in the United States, as well as the investment in the infrastructure program which will be launched later this year in addition to enhancing trade cooperation between the two countries in various sectors. During his visit to New York, QIA Chief Executive Officer (CEO) also met with the partners of the Authority and representatives of investment funds and banks to discuss ways of boosting investment cooperation between Qatar and the US.
