Doha, Qatar: The general cargo shipments handled by Mwani Qatar ports in July 2026 recorded a significant surge of 176% compared to the previous month, June, reaching more than 63,000 tons.
According to figures released by Mwani Qatar regarding the monthly ports performance for July 2026 across Ruwais Port, Old Doha Port - The Terminal, and Hamad Port, the total number of vessels stood at 118.
During July 2026, general cargo handled reached 63,763 tons, while bulk cargo exceeded 44,000 tons, reaching 44,668 tons, while containers reached 51,933 TEUs.
The ports also handled 11 units of RORO (Roll-on/Roll-off) and 2,055 heads of livestock.
