Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Municipality has launched a new version of the Plant Purchase Request Service under the Public Parks Department, as part of its ongoing efforts to advance comprehensive digital transformation and improve the efficiency of government services.
The new service is a fully digital and automated platform that enables entities and beneficiaries to submit requests for seedlings and complete nursery-related transactions online, eliminating the need for in-person visits and helping save time and effort.
The upgraded service also strengthens the management and tracking of seedling inventories across nurseries, while simplifying procedures and accelerating the processing and completion of requests.
According to the ministry, the digital service is designed to enhance the quality of services provided by the Public Parks Department by making the request process faster, more convenient and more transparent.
To access the service, users can visit the Ministry of Municipality website and log in through the National Authentication System. They can then navigate to the E-Services section and select the Plant Purchase Request Service.
Users are required to enter the necessary information, attach supporting documents where applicable, review and accept the terms and conditions, and submit their requests electronically. The status of submitted applications can subsequently be monitored through the “My Requests” section.
