Pakistani police arrest 38 Afghans in southern Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: Pakistani police arrested Wednesday thirty-eight Afghan citizens during a raid against the criminal elements in Hyderabad city in Sindh province south of Pakistan.

Police sources said that 38 accused were taken into custody and weapons recovered from them during a joint operation conducted this morning in an Afghan settlement at Hala Naka here.

Last Sunday the police arrested about seventy Afghan citizen from a camp outlet of the capital, Islamabad, and seized machine guns and fake plates for cars in their possession. (QNA)
