Doha Bank officials present a symbolic cheque for the Dana Millionaire winner.
Doha Bank recently held the 6th Al Dana Millionaire event at the Doha Bank Al Mirqab Branch to draw and announce the winners of its Al Dana Savings Scheme campaign for the month of September 2017.
The draw, which took place in the presence of Doha Bank customers, an officer from the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, Quantitative License and Market Control Department and the Bank’s Senior Management, while being live streamed on Doha Bank’s social media platforms, elected eighteen lucky winners, who walked away with outstanding cash prizes.
The mega QR1m Prize went to M Al Zamel, while the second prize of QR100,000 was awarded to B Khodier , as 15 additional winners walked away with QR10,000 each. M. Al Thani was named as the winner of the Young Savers Scholarship prize worth QR25,000 for the Al Dana Young Saver’s monthly draw.
The winner of the QR1m cash prize, a university student, was delighted and said, “I am very glad to have won the millionaire draw, as I did not expect it! If I could win the QR1 million just by keeping the minimum monthly balance in my Al Dana Savings account, you can too.”
Exclusively in August, all Doha Bank customers with an Al Dana Savings account and Al Dana Young Savers account got Double the Chance to win QR1m for every QR 1,000 in their savings account, while customers who kept a minimum balance of QR 25, 000 or more by the end of the month got 6 extra chances to win.
