CAIRO: The Arab transportation ministers' council Executive Office is scheduled to host the 49th ordinary meeting next Tuesday.
The meeting due to take place in the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Maritime Transport in Alexandria, will be held under the chairmanship of Egyptian Transportation Minister Mohammad Rashad Al-Matini.
Al-Matini said in a press statement that the meeting will tackle various issues on the agenda, including the approval of several general vital issues set for discussion.
Among those issues will be the Arab Electronic gate for commerce and follow up session reports and execution plans of land connections, in addition to review result of previous recommendations, the minister said adding the ministers will also discuss olunteer work system in the Naval International Organization(NIO) member countries, along with a proposed working paper which was presented by the Arab Naval Ports Union.
