The prototype of a European combat drone, known as “Neuron”, prepares for take-off at the military airport in Istres, in southeastern France, yesterday. The drone model created by Dassault Aviation made its maiden flight and is being used to test technologies that will serve to develop unmanned fighter jets and drones for European Union countries’ air forces by 2030.
