WINDHOEK: President of the Republic of Namibia Hifikepunye Pohamba has received the credentials of HE Qatar's Ambassador to South Africa and Non-Resident Ambassador to the Republic of Namibia Salem Abdullah Al-Jaber.
During the meeting, HE the Ambassador has conveyed the greetings of HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani to Namibia's President, wishing him the best of health and happiness and the Namibia's government and people further progress and prosperity.
For his part, President of the Republic of Namibia has entrusted HE the Ambassador with his greetings to HH the Emir, wishing him the best of health and happiness and the State of Qatar further progress and prosperity.
The Namibia's President has also wished the Ambassador success in his duties.
Assuring him that all support will be provided to him for advancing bilateral relations between the two countries to closer cooperation in various fields.
