Former President of Qatar University Dr Abdulla Al Kubaisi
Doha: Former President of Qatar University and first individual in Qatar to receive Covid-19 vaccine in December 2020 has urged eligible people to get their booster dose.
This was shared by the Hamad Medical Corporation on its social media.
In the post Dr Abdulla Al Kubaisi said, "On September 15, I was honoured to be one of the first people in Qatar to receive the Covid-19 booster dose. As with my first two vaccine doses, the booster vaccine was straightforward and painless, and I have no side effects since receiving the vaccine."
He further added that he was happy to have received his vaccine booster dose and to have high levels of protection against the virus. He encouraged everyone eligible to have the vaccine booster dose as soon as possible.
