DOHA: Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa) has launched a new programme to provide faster services to Qatari customers.
The new programme automatically updates data of Qatari owners who are exempted from electricity and water bills once connection fees of the private building for residential use are paid. Through the programme, data is updated in one visit to any of Kahramaa customer service centres and there is no need for update again. It saves time and effort, and facilitate procedures for customers, especially Qataris, Kahramaa said.The Peninsula
