MANILA: Landslides and floods caused by tropical storm Kajiki killed six people in central Philippines, the local disaster agency said Monday.
The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) said that one person was also injured while five others remain missing.
NDRRMC said tropical storm Kajiki affected a total of 9,328 families or 42,987 individuals in nine provinces in central and southern Philippines.
The storm also damaged 83 houses and rendered a number of roads in central Philippines impassable. (QNA)
