DOHA: The Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) has started online registration for this year’s Middle East Forum on Quality and Safety in Healthcare, taking place on May 29-31 at the Qatar National Convention Centre.
This year’s Middle East Forum focuses on enhancing patient engagement practices and establishing better patient flows across healthcare delivery systems, as well as implementing specialized intervention programs to deliver improved patient outcomes.
Held in partnership with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), the Middle East Forum provides hospital administrators, doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and student in health disciplines with a unique opportunity to network and collaborate on a large scale, with more than 30 workshop sessions and several keynote addresses from highly sought after international guest speakers over the three days. “We are expecting more than 2,500 attendees for this year’s event, and the caliber of programme content will ensure there will be take-home learnings for all that can be incorporated into everyday best practice,” said Dr Abdullatif Al Khal, HMC’s Deputy Chief of Medical, Academic and Research Affairs, who is a co-chairperson for the Middle East Forum Planning Group.
