QNB completes latest ‘Induction Programme’

DOHA: Qatar National Bank (QNB), a leading financial institution in the Middle East and Africa region, has recently held a graduation ceremony to welcome a batch of 13 new Qatari employees who participated in the Bank’s latest ‘Induction Programme’.
QNB regularly holds group induction programmes for its new Qatari employees for a faster adaptation and integration within the Group’s international network.
The recently completed programme witnessed the graduation of the group of employees who completed 12 training modules over a 6 week course, followed by 4 weeks of on-the-job training, a process that enables them get a real time experience and make them part of the bigger team.
The successful graduates of this programme have received the necessary training and developed the required skills before joining QNB’s branches. The Bank will continue its long-standing approach of holding regular induction programmes for all new employees to develop their skills and help identify their capabilities, so that they can excel and realise their full potential.
