Doha Marketing Services Company (Domasco), an Al Futtaim company, has put the finishing touches to a brand-new contact centre that will serve as an additional channel for customers to connect and receive information on its products and services.
The contact centre is fitted out with state-of-the-art technology and infrastructure and will handle both inbound and outbound calls.
Commenting on the opening of the new call centre, Faisal Sharif (pictured), Managing Director of Domasco said: “The new contact centre is another step to ensure that we continue to deliver the high standards of customer satisfaction and engagement we are known to provide.”
The new contact centre which is operational from 8 am to 8 pm Saturday through Thursday, will ensure that all customer enquiries are attended in a timely manner and will also provide regular service reminders, communication of special sales and after sales offers.
