Doha, Qatar: Minister of State for International Cooperation H E Lolwah bint Rashid bin Al Khater met yesterday with a delegation from the General Secretariat of the GCC, and its human rights bodies.
The meeting came on the sidelines of the 14th meeting of Their Excellencies, heads of government agencies concerned with human rights in the GCC countries.
During the meeting, they discussed ways of concerted Gulf efforts to confront the issue of Islamophobia globally, and to coordinate visions, strategies and implementation mechanisms in the field of promoting human rights.
