DOHA: The Qatar Exchange down on Wednesday 1.06 points or 0.01 percent to 9,367.54 points from the previous closing of 9,368.60 points.
The volume of shares traded fell to 3,260,049 from 5,670,524 Tuesday, and the value of shares increased to QR673,271,229.87 from QR227,999,599.68 Tuesday.
Among the top losers were Commercial Bank of Qatar whose share dropped 0.28 percent to QR70.50, Electricity and Water lost 0.79 percent to QR163.00, Vodafone Qatar fell 0.55 percent to QR9.03 and Barwa Real Estate down 0.19 percent to QR26.55.
Today the Qatar Banking and Financial sector added 0.07 points while the Insurance sector up 0.07 points.
The Qatar industrial sector gained 0.05 points and the Services sector rose 0.67 points. (QNA)
