Doha: The Prime Minister and Interior Minister H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani attended the Trade in Islam Forum which began yesterday under his patronage.
It is organised by the Ministry of Economy and Trade in collaboration with Sheikh Eid Charity. Ministers, businessmen and members of Qatar Chamber of Commerce attended.
Dr Tariq Swedan, Islamic scholar who specialises in human development, Dr Nabil Al Awadi, preacher, Dr Mohamed Gohar, member of QC, and Ali Al Abdullah Al Sulaiti, Director-General, Sheikh Eid Charity, addressed the forum.
Participants reviewed work and achievements of Qatari charities at home and abroad. QNA
