Doha, Qatar: The National Planning Council (NPC), in coordination with the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau, has announced the launch of the official survey to measure customer satisfaction with government services.

The survey aims to gather the views of service users and assess their level of satisfaction with the services provided. This will contribute to continuous improvement efforts and support the achievement of the goals of the Third National Development Strategy.

In a social media post yesterday, the National Planning Council invited members of the public to participate and share their opinions through the designated link.

The initiative is promoted under the slogan “Your Voice Makes the Difference,” emphasising the importance of public feedback in driving positive change.

According to the Council, participation in the survey will help improve the quality of government services, develop and enhance the customer experience, and strengthen efficiency and innovation in service delivery. The survey forms part of broader national efforts to refine public service standards and ensure they meet the expectations of citizens and residents.

The Civil Service and Government Development Bureau is collaborating closely with the National Planning Council on the initiative, reflecting a joint commitment to advancing government performance.

Feedback collected through the survey will be used to identify areas for enhancement and guide future improvements across ministries and government institutions.

Officials highlighted that the survey represents a practical tool for engaging the public directly in the development process. By systematically measuring satisfaction levels, the authorities aim to ensure that government services remain responsive, efficient and aligned with the priorities of Qatar National Vision 2030 and the Third National Development Strategy.

The National Planning Council encouraged all eligible users of government services to take part in the survey, noting that every response contributes to a clearer understanding of public needs and supports ongoing efforts to elevate service standards nationwide. The survey is accessible online, allowing convenient participation from any location.

This latest initiative builds on Qatar’s continuous drive to enhance the quality and accessibility of public services, reinforcing the country’s commitment to excellence in governance and citizen-centred development.
