“The standardised unemployment rate (SUR) in September 2013 was 13.3 percent, down from 13.4 percent in August 2013,” the central Statistics Office said in a statement.“On a seasonally adjusted basis the Live Register total recorded a monthly decrease of 1,800 in September 2013, reducing the seasonally adjusted total to 414,300,” the CSO added.
